Protocols

DUE to Covid19 All appointments are by request and will be able to be accommodated during the pandemic if a doctor's note is presented or is on file.

Cancelation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Cancelation that does not meet the 24 hour stipulation are charged the full amount, and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
"No shows" are charged full amount for missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals should not exceed 15 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment.

New Covid 19 cleaning protocols. 10 min disinfectant. Masks Are to be worn at customer request.

Gloves are available at customer request.
